Doodles, tea and Holmes

I ran out of tea and with my coffee maker broken (courtesy of the house cats), I couldn't make my good coffee. I have a secret love of tea and ended up buying four different kinds, all delicious. That, mixed with Milano cookies and finding Sherlock Holmes audiobooks on youtube makes for a wonderful morning and afternoon till it's time for my late class.

Pin-up: I just wantred to draw a 70's chick and a smilodon

Some school work, to make up for the comics I've been skiving on in favor of focusing (or not as the case sometimes is...) on school work.

Slice of Life 2: The Magical World of Fish

There's a lot of danger in refusing to let food go to waste... (drawn when I still had longer hair)

Statement of Purpose

I didn't do this my first post and I didn't even do this my second post, but seeing how I'm a firm believer in the magic of threes, we'll give it a shot this time around.

There are Stranger Things is the sketch blog, web comic and multipurpose art and research dump of Caitlin M. Kittrell, hapless post-secondary education student and wannabe comic artist/writer. I have a few more personal spots scattered about on the internet, but this is more specifically (or ideally anyway) for the professional side of things.

Here you can find art that I'm especially content with and somewhat proud of, be it from school assignments to personal projects to just me futzing about with something new. Additionally you'll find my journal comic aptly name Slice of Life, which will update every day to every other day. We'll see if that gets cut back in the future in favor of other projects.

I'll also be updating with research dumps, things I'm looking into and looking up with the vague idea that Sometime in the Future, This Could be Handy. Those will most likely consist of "HEY GUYS LOOKIT THIS!" and sum ups of links posted, because as much as I love to chatter, I really don't enjoy knowingly writing informative essays...

Here's hoping this works out, yeah?

Check Check Ch-check!

This is a test of our emergency broadcas- er... posting system...

Were this an actual post, there would probably be something of more interest...
